CHI RITUALS Terms and Conditions (Chinese)


1｜Service nature
CHI RITUALS provides metaphysical and divination services for entertainment and personal consultation purposes only, and does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial, or any professional advice. Clients understand and agree that all interpretations are subjective and no guarantee of accuracy or any specific results is provided.

2 | User Responsibility: Customers must make their own judgments and bear the consequences of any decisions or actions taken as a result of this service. CHI RITUALS is not responsible for any life, relationship, financial or professional outcomes.

3 | Data accuracy service is based entirely on the data provided by the client. If the data is incorrect, incomplete, or false, resulting in deviations or inaccuracies in the results, the client shall bear all responsibility.

4 | Personalized Service This service is personalized, and preparation and analysis begin immediately after the order is received. Therefore, all orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

5 | Refund Policy Due to the personalized and digital nature of this service, refunds are not available once processing or delivery has begun, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfied with the results

  • Differences in subjective understanding

  • Unsatisfactory

  • Change your mind

  • Incorrect information entered


6 | Payment and Disputes: Customers agree to contact CHI RITUALS before raising any disputes with banks or payment platforms. If a customer initiates a refund dispute, CHI RITUALS has the right to submit the terms, order records, communication records, and proof of service delivery to the payment institution. Service delivery constitutes performance of the contract.

7 | Delivery Method: Services will be provided in the selected format (text or video conference explanation). Customers must ensure their contact information is valid and that they can receive messages. We are not responsible for delays caused by failure to receive messages.

8 | Privacy: All data will be used solely for analysis purposes and will not be sold or shared with any third party (except as required by law).

9 | Age Restriction: Customers must be 18 years of age or older. Minors require guardian consent.

10 | Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. CHI RITUALS shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, emotional distress or financial damage.

11 | Applicable Law This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country where the Canada is located.

12 | Final decision-making power
CHI RITUALS reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.

Clients are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions taken after the consultation. CHI RITUALS shall not be liable for any life, relationship, financial, or career outcomes.

3｜Information Accuracy
The consultation is strictly conducted based on information provided by the client. Incorrect, incomplete, or false information may affect the result and remains the client's responsibility.

4 | Personalized Service
This service is personalized and preparation begins once the order is accepted. All orders are therefore final upon confirmation.

5 | No Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and digital nature of the service, no refunds will be issued once processing or delivery has begun, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction

  • Interpretation differences

  • Unmet expectations

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided


6｜Disputes & Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact CHI RITUALS prior to initiating any chargeback. In the event of a dispute, CHI RITUALS may provide these Terms, order records, communications, and proof of delivery to the payment processor. Delivery of the service constitutes fulfilment of the contract.

7｜Delivery
The service will be delivered in the selected format (written or recorded explanation). Clients must ensure their contact details are valid and accessible.

8｜Privacy
All personal information is used solely for the consultation and will not be sold or shared with third parties unless legally required.

9｜Age Requirement
