1｜服務性質
CHI RITUALS 提供之服務為娛樂及個人諮詢性質的玄學與占卜服務，僅供參考用途，不構成法律、醫療、心理、財務或任何專業意見。客戶理解並同意所有解讀屬主觀詮釋，不保證準確性或任何特定結果。

2｜使用者責任
客戶須自行判斷並承擔因本服務所作出之任何決定或行動後果。CHI RITUALS 不對任何生活、關係、財務或職業結果負責。

3｜資料準確性
服務完全依據客戶提供資料進行分析。如資料錯誤、不完整或虛假而導致結果偏差或不準確，概由客戶承擔。
 
4｜個人化服務
本服務屬個人化內容，於接單後即開始準備與分析。因此所有訂單一經確認即不可取消。
 
5｜退款政策
基於個人化及數碼內容性質，本服務一經開始處理或交付即不設退款，包括但不限於：
 

  • 對結果不滿意

  • 主觀理解差異

  • 未達預期

  • 改變主意

  • 填寫錯誤資料

 
6｜付款與爭議
客戶同意於向銀行或支付平台提出爭議前先聯絡 CHI RITUALS。若客戶發起退款爭議，CHI RITUALS 有權向支付機構提交條款、訂單記錄、通訊紀錄及服務交付證明。服務交付後即視為履行合約。
 
7｜交付方式
服務將以所選格式提供（文字或視像會談講解）。客戶需確保聯絡方式有效並可接收訊息，因無法接收訊息導致之延誤恕不負責。
 
8｜隱私
所有資料僅用於本次服務分析，不會出售或分享予第三方（法律要求除外）。
 
9｜年齡限制
客戶必須年滿18歲。未成年人需監護人同意。
 
10｜責任限制
在法律允許最大範圍內，CHI RITUALS 不對任何直接或間接損失、精神損害或經濟損失負責。
 
11｜適用法律
本條款受加拿大所在地法律管轄。
 
12｜最終決定權
CHI RITUALS 保留最終解釋及決定權。
 
 
CHI RITUALS Terms & Conditions (English)
 
1｜Nature of Service
CHI RITUALS provides metaphysical and divination services for entertainment and personal consultation purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. The client understands and agrees that all interpretations are subjective and no specific result or accuracy is guaranteed.
 
2｜Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions taken after the consultation. CHI RITUALS shall not be liable for any life, relationship, financial, or career outcomes.
 
3｜Information Accuracy
The consultation is conducted strictly based on information provided by the client. Incorrect, incomplete, or false information may affect the result and remains the client’s responsibility.
 
4｜Personalised Service
This service is personalised and preparation begins once the order is accepted. All orders are therefore final upon confirmation.
 
5｜No Refund Policy
Due to the personalised and digital nature of the service, no refunds will be issued once processing or delivery has begun, including but not limited to:
 

  • Dissatisfaction

  • Interpretation differences

  • Unmet expectations

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided

 
6｜Disputes & Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact CHI RITUALS prior to initiating any chargeback. In the event of a dispute, CHI RITUALS may provide these Terms, order records, communications, and proof of delivery to the payment processor. Delivery of the service constitutes fulfilment of the contract.
 
7｜Delivery
The service will be delivered in the selected format (written or recorded explanation). Clients must ensure their contact details are valid and accessible.
 
8｜Privacy
All personal information is used solely for the consultation and will not be sold or shared with third parties unless legally required.
 
9｜Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older. Minors require guardian consent.
 
10｜Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHI RITUALS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, emotional, or financial damages.
 
11｜Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CHI RITUALS operates in Canada.
 
12｜Final Interpretation
 CHI RITUALS reserves the final right of interpretation.
